APPROVAI~ OF PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING <br />MINUTES~ ~! <br /> <br />Motion by CommiSsioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to approve the Planning <br />and Zoning ¢&nmission meeting minutes with the following amendment: <br /> <br /> Octob~¥ 16, 1990, Last paragraph, last sentence "... observe what Commissioner Terry <br /> repon&l'' a~ opposed to "... observe what Commissioner Deemer reported". <br /> <br />Motion carried~, VOting Yes: Chairman Zimmcrman, Commissioners Deemer, Terry, LaDue and <br />Thorud. Voting NO: None. Absent: Commissioners Bawden and Hendriksen. <br /> <br />NOTE CIT¥~ COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />The City Con,il minutes were noted by the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />COMMISSION !BUSINESS <br />Case #I: ;iRequest for a Conditional Usc Permit to Maintain a Commercial <br /> ~iVel~icle Larger than One Ton in a Residential District; Case of David <br /> iPetilke <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik explained that the Ramsey City Code states that no more than one <br />one-ton mOtovlveHicle bearing a commercial license shall be parked or stored in a residential <br />district Mr.'David Pehlke is starting his own septic system pumping service and is seeking City <br />approval to strife h!s two-ton pumper truck at his home. The subject property is one acre in size; <br />however, Mr.(Pe~lke also owns the adjacent parcels to the north and south for a total of <br />approximateiy~hre¢ acres. Ms. Frolik asked that it be noted that she received no written or verbal <br />comments rega~rdiag this request to date and added that a findings of fact was included for the <br />Commission's [review. <br />CommissionCr;'Zimmerman proceeded to review the findings of facts. <br /> <br />Item #'s 1 through 9 remain as presented. <br />Motion by Co~mi~sioner Ten-3, and seconded by Commissioner Deemer that Item #10 shall~ read <br />"That the propCsediuse will not..." <br /> <br />Motion carried; VOting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Terry, Deemer, LaDue and <br />Thorud.
