He added that he sees a planning deficiency and an opportunity to <br />address it. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to add Condition #5 to <br />read "The vehicle ~;hall not be parked on the property with effluent in it". <br /> <br />Motion carried. She <br />explained that Vlr. Ro~er Munter of Elite Concrete has applied for a conditional use permit to utilize <br />Lot 1, Block:l i HY-I~ Ramsey Addition for exterior storage purposes.
