The proposed final plat of Northfork <br />Links corresponds to the approved preliminary plat of Northfork 5th Addition with two exceptions: <br />a) A portion o~ the.~otf course has been deleted to provide area for the construction of an additional <br />lake (constrtl~cOon ,Will be taken up in the future); b) there is a trail width conflict in the vicinity of <br />the UPA subs!~atioh. The Park and Recreation Commission approved reducing the trail width in <br />this area from?75 ~eet to 35 feet. Northfork Links also includes the construction of an overpass <br />over 153rd A~enu~ N.W. to accommodate pedestrian and golf cart traffic only. Park dedication <br />requirement~ fttue ion Northfork 5th Addition are platting of trail corridors and $500.00 per <br />residential l°t ~$7,000.00), which is in accordance with the May 9, 1989 Northfork P.U.D.
