Miss <br />Ashley was i'lastracted to review the rewritten job description and submit a salary scenario to the <br />Personnel C~ttee when completed. <br />8) Meet!ng for Next Personnel Committee Meeting - Councilmember Cich requested the <br />meeting coul~ belmoved to 4:00 on February 5, 1991 instead of 3:00. The Committee will review <br />the organiZa~on Chart approved on August 24, 1990. Ms. McAloney will be working with the <br />Department ~,ea~ to revise the chart. She announced there will be a Closed Executive Negotiating <br />Committee meeting to discuss labor negotiations on Monday, January 28, 1991 at 3:30 p.m. <br />MAYOR AND :COUNCIL INPUT <br />1 ) SnoWmobiles <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer commented she would like to make a plea to the residents of Ramsey to stay <br />off private p.~perty with their snowmobiles. She stated that the Police Department has received <br />several complaints as well as the Councilmembers. She added that she is not opposed to <br />snowmobiling; however, she is opposed to the blatant disregard some drivers have for other <br />people's property, <br /> <br />David Pearson, 8846 Highway #10 N.W. - welcomed Councilmember Beyer's plea to the <br />snowmobilerS. He stated they are driving through his corn field and he doesn't like it. <br />Doug Fountain, 1~255 Garnet Street N.W. - stated that the snowmobilers are continually 'knocking <br />down the fen~.e orj his lot; and he's even noticed where they've been circling around in his yard. <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer suggested maybe getting the local snowmobile club involved in a/ding the <br />enforcement 6f snowmobile laws. <br /> <br />Police Chief ~uspos stated it is hard to catch the snowmobilers and that sometimes citation and <br />towing does the trick as far as getting people to follow the rules and sometimes it doesn't. <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbe~rtson suggested publishing a warning in the next Ramsey Newsletter that the <br />snowmobil~;n~ laws will be enforced to which Chief Auspos stated there is one being published in <br />the next issue; <br /> <br />2) Meeting <br /> <br />City Attorney; GOOdrich announced he wants to have a Closed Executive Attorney/Client Privileged <br />Meeting on ~l~londay, January 28, 1991 at 2:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 <br />Nowthen BOa, levard N.W. in Ramsey. <br /> <br />City Council/January 22, 1991 <br /> Page 13 of 14 <br /> <br /> <br />
