24. <br /> <br />Access to the site would be from 142nd Avenue N.W, via Jasper Street and <br />143rd Avenue N,W. 142nd Avenue N.W. is not yet constructed, The <br />development agreement for the plat requires that blacktopping of streets occur <br />upon 50% of the lots being developed and that construction of the remaining <br />streets in the plat be completed (142nd Avenue and Limonite) prior to issuance <br />of a building permit. <br /> <br />25. <br /> <br />That the Applicant's site plan indicates that there will be drives, parking, <br />loading docks and maneuvering areas constructed, City code requires these <br />areas to be hard surfaced. <br /> <br />26. <br /> <br />That the Applicant's site plan states that no curbing is planned for parking and <br />drives which does not conform with City Code. <br /> <br />27, <br /> <br />That a Hazardous Waste Generator license will be required to permit the <br />disassembly operation and that the Applicant will be required to submit <br />information to Anoka County pertaining to the components, volumes and <br />management of each waste product prior to licensing. <br /> <br />28.
