24. <br /> <br />Litter ~Co~trol. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for removing debris <br /> rr <br />causerrd by vehicles using the aluminum processing facility. Debris removal <br />activities shall be instituted promptly following information of such <br />accumulation. In the event the Permit Holder fails to remove debris within 24 <br />hours of notice of accumulation by the City, the City may cause such debris to <br />be removed. The City shall bill the cost of such removal to the Permit Holder <br />and payment shall be remitted within 30 days of the date of such billing. <br />Visual checks for debris accumulation shall be made at least once daily by <br />employees of the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />Alumip~Jm Processing Equipment. All equipment and vehicles utilized in the <br />conduct of business at Aluminum Recycling, ~lnc. shall be periodically inspected <br />and maintained to minimize noise, odors, safety and fire safety concerns and <br />to asSure'optimum pollution control. <br /> <br />25. <br /> <br />WatCr.~ Q..uelity. Surface waters originating outside and passing through or <br />adjacent to the Site and runoff water discharged from the Site shall, at its point <br />of departure from the Site, meet all applicable federal, state, local and water <br />management organization water quality standards as they exist from time to <br />time durir~g the period of this CUP. The operator shall perform any water <br />treatment necessary to comply with applicable water quality standards as they <br />exist from time to time during the period of this CUP. Grading and drainage <br />plans shall be submitted to and approved by the City Engineer. Berming and <br />retention basins shall be installed as necessary to control run-off. <br /> <br />26. <br /> <br />S.creer~ine. The Permit Holder agrees to screen exterior storage of materials in <br />the aluminum processing facility from public view. The Permit Holder shall <br />submit alscreening and landscape plan to the City for approval prior to <br />commencing processing operations. Such screening shall be achieved using <br />grading, landscape elements, and/or plant materials which will achieve at least <br />90% opacity. Exterior storage of accepted material is prohibited unless <br />properly screened from public view. <br /> <br />27. Off-$t~eel; Parking. Off-street parking shall be provided such that there is at <br /> least one parking space for each employee on the maximum working shift plus <br /> three Spaces for visitor parking. <br /> <br />28.~ng ie'N~~e~.
