I am also <br />~naw~e- of any schedule for their installation. I strongly recommend that the above issues <br />be clarified :prior to issuing site plan approval. <br /> <br /> 10) Site Improvements: The site plan submitted does not indicate whether hard surfacing or <br /> curb and gutter is being proposed. It has been past policy for the City to require c~ <br /> guttering and hard surfacing of all paved and traveled areas.
