Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #14 -10 -227 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONVEYANCE OF A PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE <br /> TRAIL EASEMENT FROM GERALD AND JAN DAVIS ACCROSS LOTS 1 & 6, BLOCK <br /> 1 PINE RIDGE. <br /> WHEREAS, on September 23, 2014, the Ramsey City Council approved the Plat of TALL <br /> PINE RIDGE; and <br /> WHEREAS, a condition of approval of the TALL PINE RIDGE Plat was conveyance of <br /> a fifteen (15) foot Trail Easement to the City across Lots 1 & 6, Block 1 TALL PINE RIDGE; and <br /> WHEREAS, Gerald and Jane Davis, the owners of Lots 1 & 6, Block 1 TALL PINE <br /> RIDGE, have agreed to convey to the City of Ramsey a Pedestrian and Bicycle Trail Easement. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the conveyance of a Pedestrian and Bicycle <br /> Trail Easement from Gerald and Jane Davis over a portion of Lots 1 & 6, Block 1 TALL <br /> PINE RIDGE. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> LeTourneau, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Backous <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Tossey <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Mayor Strommen <br />
