Especially In the case of a project with an <br />uncertain work scope and schedule the project manager w lli keep the <br />City! Informed as to program status and progress. <br />Prl~r ~o the negotiation of an engineering services agreement with <br />the ,~lty, the project manager prepares a project budget estimate by <br />pha~ie, idepartment and employee category after meeting with the <br />par~lcl!pating department heads and reviewing It with TKDA's <br /> which financla <br />pre~tde~nt. This estimate becomes the gauge by the <br />su¢~es~ of the project Is measured. Once a month the project <br />ma~l~ger~ department manager and resident each receive a report of <br />hou~ c~arged against the project by Individual employee and phase <br />along ~Ith the budget amounts for each. If any overruns occur in a <br />category or department, the causes are Identified and corrective <br />actl~on is taken. <br /> <br /> <br />
