The ci~ i~f .Ramsey, Minnesota intends to request financial assistance ifrom the Federal Aviation Administration and/or the MN/DOT- ~er~nautics Division to reconstruct and extend runway 16- 34 at ~at~way North Airport. These changes will ~equire extensiv~ C~anges and additions to the related airport facilities and surrgun~ing area. A alrpor~ master plan has been completed and accepted and will be used as~helbase for the continuation of the project. The City of Ram$~y~s now initiating procedures to select an_ engineering consultant {for this project. The needed services ~uld include but not ~e ~imited to the following: 1. Assfst'! in obtaining regional and state clearing house approvalS~i. ~ 4.PrePa~ p~eliminary and final Engineering Reports. 5. Prepare ~ allocation reports. 6. Prepare ~pecification for bid package. 7. Rev~e~ p~oposals from bidders. 8. AssiS~ ih award of contract. 9. supe~ise construction phase of project. 10 Review Work in process. 11. Perf~ ~flnal acceptanc9 testing.
