We recognize that the Airport has been a continuing study effort to date. Ralph Burke Associates (RBA), founded in 1946, is a multi-disciplinary firm encompas~ing the professions of engineering, architecture, economics, and planning. In our 37 years of experience we have had the opportunity to plan and design dozens of airport facilities of all types and sizes. Many of these a%rports have included planning and design aspects which are sim-' ilar to this airport project. Although providing professional services in the aviation f%eld is the principal aspect of our business, RBA is also active in ~rchitectural work, in parking and traffic planning studies and design, and in planning and designing waterway and riverfront facilities.
