BEND PROPERTIF~q TO CITY AS yO.u3 kngw, M & S Development is proposing to construct the (]qurchill ~Estates apartment project (consisting of 26 units) on Lot ~ ~f ~he Oxbow Addition. In lieu of a parkland dedication fee ~o~ J~is plat and River's Bend, Ramsey Center Partnership, dedida~=d ~approximately 60 acres to the City and County. As part of th~Oxk~w Addition lies within the floodway of the Rum River, the ~R m~' st approve any proposed development. The DNR has reviewed fhe proposed apartment project and has given approval oont!~Den~ upon certain obligations being fulfilled, including the .ad~.-pti~n of a resolution by the Ramsey City Council regarding the p~peXty that was dedicated by Ramsey Center Partnership. The ~N~ ha~ requested that this resolution affirm that the land that iw~s ~edicated by Ramsey Center Partnership will remain in public!~icwr~ership and public use.
