The majority of discussion was centered on a potential <br />residential development, not the proposed data center development. <br />A number of questions were asked at this meeting. Follow up answers were provided via email, and are <br />included in the Findings/ port Appendix (dick here to view, page 11). <br />MIl1GAl1ON TECHNIQUES <br />If the Sibject Property is developed for a data center user, keep access to Nowt hen Boulevard to avoid <br />safety and congestion issues on existing residential roads. If the site is developed for residential, <br />provide the public an opportunity to discuss traffic impacts; and, identify mitigation techniques. <br />INPUT/ FEEDBACK(at meeting) <br />Generally, given the proposed access location and Engineer's traffic estimations, traffic was not a major <br />topic of discussion for the OMC 3udyG'oup. Acouple OMC3udyGroup members remain concerned <br />traffic generated by a data center traffic will be an issue for surrounding property owners. <br />One OMC.S*udy Group member is very concerned the Sibject Property may be developed for a <br />residential neighborhood. In which case, traffic would become a major issue on 152nd Avenue between <br />the Sibject Riopertyto Trunk Highway 47. If the Sabject R7opertyisdeveloped as residential <br />neighborhood, it has been requested the City allow the public an opportunity to discuss traffic concerns <br />further. <br />INPUT/ fBEDBACK(final meeting survey, quantitative) <br />Listed below are results from a survey/ poll conducted at the final OMC3udyGroup meeting.
