Regular City Council meeting minutes dated December 20, 1983. <br /> <br />2. Regular Charter Commission meeting minutes dated December 8, 1983. <br /> <br />CommissiORerDeemer stated that City Staff should research the possibility <br />of getting Grass Lake officially changed to Sunfish Lake. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman referred to Page 9 of December 20, 1983 Council minutes <br />and inquiredlas to the contents of the resolution adopted regarding reclassifying <br />shorelines in~Ramsey. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg replied that the resolution adopted was based on Planning and Zoning <br />recommendations made at their meeting of December 6, 1983. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer referred to Charter Commission minutes dated December ~, <br />1983, page 4,~ paragraph 5 (Commissioner Sieber's comments-that putting the CIP <br />in the hands of P & Z diluting power from people who voted Council in and <br />putting ~Ower in hands of a non-elected commission). <br /> <br />Brenda Ba~erkemper explained that the Charter Commission has been advised not <br />to name commissions in the charter because it is possible that certain <br />commissions will not always be needed by the City.
