Comments: <br /> <br />1. The D~Opgsed plat is a replat of Lot 2, Block 1, Ramsey 67 <br /> In,,au~r!gl Park. <br /> <br />2. Th~ ,~sed plat consists of four (4) industrial lots <br /> aP't)t~im~tely 0.9 acre in size. City Ordinance 80-4 requires <br /> indttS~ri,~l lots in the city to be one (1) acre in size2 <br /> <br />3. The 8ket¢h plan did not show the name and address of the owner <br /> nor a~lr .~opographic features as required by City Code 170.035B. <br /> <br />4. In r~iew of the drainage as shown on the grading plan for the <br /> Rams~,~ 6~ Industrial Park, a majority of the runoff from the <br /> plat ~ii~ - ~ flow into the ditch along Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W. <br /> <br />5. The P~oP~sed plat lies within the 1990 Urban Service Area of <br /> the ~t~land may have municipal utilities available in the <br /> near ~u~lire. Therefore, the City may want to delay the <br /> conSt~C~ion of a permanent street. <br /> <br />6 A~~:~ :~lat xs .provx'ded .l~y.:;a proposed street exiting <br /> oll~~~.sh i~ake Boulevard. The proposed width of the right <br /> of wa~ f6r this street is 60 feet. The City Code requires 66 <br /> feet of ~:ight of way with a turnaround 130 feet in diameter. <br /> <br />7.
