The ~proP.°sed plat is a replat of Lot 2, Block 1, Ramsey 67 <br /> InduStrial Park. <br /> <br />2. The '~ro~.;osed plat consists of four (4) industrial lots <br /> app=.o~i~,ately 0.9 acre in size. City Ordinance 80-4 requires <br /> industrial lots in the city to be one (1) acre in size. <br /> <br />3. The :sketch plan did not show the name and address of the owner <br /> nor ia~y itopographic features as required by City Code 170.035B. <br /> <br />4. In ~evi~w of the drainage as shown on the grading plan for the <br /> Ram~e~ ~7 Industrial Park, a majority of the runoff from the <br /> plat ;Will flow into the ditch along Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W. <br /> <br />5. The PropOsed plat lies within the 1990 Urban Service Area of <br /> the C:it~ and may have municipal utilities available in the <br /> nea~i~u~re. Therefore, the City may want to delay the <br /> cons. tNu=tion of a permanent street. <br /> <br />6. A~¢~i_=~ the l~lat: is provided by a propOsed street exiting <br /> o,t~Ud~Uh~iSh Lake Boulevard. The proposed width of the right <br /> of WaY for this street is 60 feet. The City Code requires 66 <br /> feet of ~ight of way with a turnaround 130 feet in diameter. <br /> <br />7.
