Concept approval is scheduled to be given on <br />January iZ~, r!984 and preliminary approval could be given as early as February <br />14, 1984. <br /> <br />Upon prelimLr~ary approval of the PUD, the City Council is scheduled to order <br />plans andl, sPecifications for the municipal services. At that time, we will <br />send you a resolution of that action and request that you proceed with plans <br />and speciflcat}ons for the second connection. <br /> <br />As previously,lmentioned, the timing on this project is very important. If the <br />developer~ Mr, Norm Holm, proceeds with this project this year, he has stated <br />he will needi ~ervice in late October' or early November to make the project <br />feasible. <br /> <br />I am hopeful this letter will give you adequate lead time so you can meet the <br />needs of Our ~ity.
