I~icoo~eration with past Councils, Metro Council and Metro Sewer <br />Board, they!ihave delayed development and paid exorbitant taxes on the property <br />in the mea~ ti~el. There will come a day when Ramsey will need sewer and water <br />and compl'~a~nt' !the la~downers for putting their money where there mouth is and <br />not sucking iup ~axpayer dollars.
