If
granted, t~yi~ust go back to Planning and Zoning and then back to Council
for final '~cti~n on the PUD and rezoning.

Mr. Licht$~- Request that the following items be considered for inclusion in
the restri~tiV$ covenance: 1. In the area where there are 4 units per acre,
restrictions should be placed on outside harborage of pets. 2. Storage of
junks cars ~sho~ld be addressed. 3. Restrictions on storage of miscellaneous
equipment 8n the property; current covenance only refers to 'trash'.

City Admin~stZStor Schnelle requested that Mr. Lichter provide City Staff with
his reco~ndations for the pttrpose of Planning and Zoning review.

Mr. DiCk .~rson - Homeowners association goes into more detail and will provide
Mr. Lichte~ wi~h a copy of it.

Mr. Lichte~ -~ave questions regarding the feasiblity study.

Mr. Goodrich -IT he feasibility study is on the regular Council agenda for
discussion.

Mr. Arnie ~Ox.~ 17705 Nowthen Blvd. - Are anything other than single family
dwellings proposed for the property adjacent to Hwy. 47?

Mr. Dick Carson - Two commercial sites are planned.

Mr. Arnie ~oxi~ Thanked those people that have held property in the southeast
quadrant of th~ City to see that future development was done reasonably in
Ramsey. ~ Id co,~peration with past Councils, Metro Council and Metro Sewer
Board, th$~ h&~e delayed development and paid exorbitant taxes on the property
in the me.a~tim~. There will come a day when Ramsey will need sewer and water
and compl~ent~ the landowners for putting their money where there mouth is and
not suckihg ulJ~ taxpayer dollars. I do not want to pay for the extension of
sewer an~ ~ate~ into Ramsey in the future and I strongly urge Council to support
and appro~ t~s preliminary plat and hope that the City will continue to
cooperatel WithT the developer in the future.

I
I
I
I

Karen Va~dSrl~ - 5441 142nd Avenue - Have a copy of the EAW and there are
erroneous ~rr°~s on it.

Mr. Berg -iCOP~es of a revised EAW were distributed just prior to this meeting.
Mr. Berg ~Eovtded Ms. Vanderly with the revised EAW.

Susan Beale - ~Requested more copies of the EAW for the audience and they were
provided. ~

Motion by ~ott~cilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to
adjourn ~he pt~blic hearing.

I
I
I

Motion car~ied.
