Requested <br />use of Cit~ H~.~ll lower level for church services from May 27, 1984 through <br />Septembe~ 2, ~984, Sundays only. Pastor Metzger stated that Lord of Life <br />is currently ~tilizing facilities at City Hall but will not require the <br />facility !bgtween May 27, 1984 and september 2, 1984. Pastor Metzger also <br />requested ~se =of the nursery room located in City Hall lower level, during <br />church ser~ioes. <br /> <br />Mayor Gameg arrived at this time. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor :.Reimann stated that Pastor Metzger's request will be added to <br />the agendaiias!Case #13 under Council New Business. <br /> <br />Larry Anderso~ - Ramsey JayCees - Presented a plaque to Councilmember Schlueter <br />in appre=iati~n of her assistance with the Ramsey Day Celebration held in <br />1983. Pre~enSed a plaque to Mayor Gamec for the City of Ramsey in appreciation <br />for host!r~ t~is chapter of the JayCees. Mr. Anderson then offered the JayCee's <br />assistandel~ inlthe upcoming Ramsey Clean Up Day. Mr. Anderson stated that the <br />JayCee's~ lin ¢on3unction with other Ramsey residents, are planning a Ramsey <br />10th anni~v~rsary, celebration; the JayCee's are requesting Council's approval <br />and backing, iiMr. Anderson inquired if the City allotted any funds for such <br />activities an~ could they be released for this 10th anniversary celebration? <br />Mr. AnderSon ~tated that a representative of the JayCee's will be contacting <br />the City Attorney regarding insurance on certain portions of the planned <br />celebration. 'Mr. Anderson stated that when the basic plans for the celebration <br />are form~ate~, they will be presented to Council.
