Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mr. Wirz ~te~ that residential rates will be increased by about 1%% on the <br />1984 aSse~s~me~ collectable in 1985; this increase is due to the School <br />District and ~ange in homestead credit formula. <br /> <br />Mayor Game~ s~ted that City Administrator has presented Council with the <br />proposed Char~er which he had just received from the Charter Commission. <br />Mayor Ga~ s~ted that Council will forward the Charter to City Attorney <br />Goodrich if~r ~is review and requested that the City Attorney provide Council <br />with a w~i~ten sequence of procedures regarding the charter. <br /> <br />Motion by May~r Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to accept the <br />Charter. <br /> <br />Motion carri~. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen~bers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schluets= mhd ~Van Wagner.
