I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Case ~8: .~R~.qu~st For Additional Time To Finalize Meadowbrook Estates Final <br /> <br />Motion by~Cpungilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />adopt ResolutiQn #84-45 to extend the deadline date in Resolution #83-170 <br />from April 1, ~984 to October 1, 1984 for Meadowbrook Estates final plat. <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #84-45). <br /> <br />Motion carr~ed~ Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Van Wagner <br />and Schlue~.~r., Voting No: Councilmeml~r Sort~l~rg. <br /> <br />COUNCIL NEW BU$INESS <br /> <br />Case #1: ~e~st ~or A Conditional Use Permit And 3.2 Beer License; Case Of <br /> <br />Certain me,berM of the Lions Club were present and stated that they had no <br />problem with the conditions of the conditional use permit agreement. <br /> <br />Mr. Dave .Baudem of the Lions Club stated that he doesn't foresee any traffic <br />problems in c6njunction with the sand racing event scheduled for June 9 and 10, <br />1984, but ~f ~ey occur they will be dealt with. <br /> <br />Motion by ~Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg that the $50.00 <br />application f~e for a conditional use permit collected from the Lions Club be <br />refunded ito the Lions Club based on the fact that the Lions Club is a City <br />civic organization and frequently makes contributions to the City. <br /> <br />Motion carrie~. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and~Van Wagner. Voting No: None <br /> <br />Motion by~°U~cilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />approve ~ Ba~.sey Lions Club's request for a temporary conditional use permit <br />for sand~aces and a 3.2 beer license on either June 9 and 10, 1984 or June <br />16 and 17, 1984 contingent upon their entering into a temporary conditional <br />use permit agreement. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
