ME METROPOLITAN <br />C <br />METROPOLITAN COUNCIL <br />390 North Robert Street, St. Paul, MN 55101-1805 <br />(651) 602-1000 <br />AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE <br />to <br />CONTRACT FOR SERVICES <br />Metropolitan Council Contract No. 121029 <br />The City of Ramsey and the Metropolitan Council agree that the Contract entered into May <br />18, 2012 on relating to "Ramsey Station Service Plan and Maintenance" is amended in the <br />following particulars. <br />ARTICLE 1— TRANSIT SERVICE EXPANSION PLAN <br />1. 1.02 Northstar commuter Rail Service; DELETE the fourth bullet point and INSERT <br />the following: <br />"Maintenance including irrigation and utility expenses for the platforms and the <br />pedestrian overpass connecting the platforms shall be borne by the Council. The <br />Council will reimburse the City for actual contractor costs and City staff time for site visits <br />and contractor meetings and exclude any administration fees." <br />2. 1.02 Northstar commuter Rail Service; DELETE the fifth bullet point and INSERT the <br />following: <br />"Maintenance, utility and other expenses related to commuter rail service incurred for the <br />parking ramp facility, surface level pedestrian walkway from the street to the vertical <br />circulation and property adjacent to the station shall be the responsibility of the City." <br />Except as amended hereby, the provisions of the above -referenced contract shall remain in <br />force and effect without change. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this amendment to be executed by their duly <br />authorized representatives. <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />By: (Stott S51( --e_ <br />Sarah Strommen, Mayor <br />METROPOLITAN COUNCIL <br />By: &At M.' <br />Patrick P.
