METROPOLITAN COUNCIL <br />390 North Robert Street, St. Paul, MN 55101-1805 <br />(651) 602-1000 <br />AMENDMENT NUMBER TWO <br />To <br />CONTRACT FOR SERVICES <br />Metropolitan Council Contract No. 121029 <br />The City of Ramsey and the Metropolitan Council agree that the Contract entered into May 18, <br />2012, relating to "Ramsey Station Service Plan and Maintenance" is amended in the following <br />particulars: <br />ARTICLE 1— TRANSIT SERVICE EXPANSION PLAN <br />1. 1.02 Northstar Commuter Rail Service; DELETE the fourth bullet point and INSERT the <br />following: <br />"Maintenance, including irrigation and utility expenses for the platforms, the pedestrian <br />overpass connecting the platforms, and the turf and landscaped areas of the station <br />shall be borne by the Council.
