CITY OF RAMSEY <br />RESOLUTION <br />IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Ramsey enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 07023 with the <br />State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation and Anoka County for the following purposes: <br />To provide for the power, operation, and maintenance of the new Traffic Control Signal <br />including an Emergency Vehicle Pre-emption System on Trunk Highway No. 10 at County State <br />Aid Highway No. 83 (Armstrong Boulevard) North Ramps; and for the Revised Traffic Control <br />Signal on County State Aid Highway No. 83 (Armstrong Boulevard) at Sunwood Drive/147th <br />Avenue NW in the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the and the <br />(Title) <br />amendments to the Agreement. <br />(Title) <br />are authorized to execute the Agreement and any <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I certify that the above Resolution is an accurate copy of the Resolution adopted by the Council <br />of the City of Ramsey at an authorized meeting held on the day of <br />, 2015, as shown by the minutes of the meeting in my possession. <br />Subscribed and sworn to before me this <br />day of , 2015 <br />Notary Public <br />My Commission Expires <br />(Signature) <br />(Type or Print Name) <br />(Title) <br />
