It should <br />be;noted, that in the future, this plat will be known as River's Bend. <br /> <br />Mro~ Foii, ter and Mr. McLaughlin appeared before the City Council under citizen <br />inPtlt a~ their regular meeting of April 24, 1984 and briefly discussed the revised <br />sketch plan. The City Council did not take any action. Voting yes <br />Voting no <br /> <br />to recommend <br /> <br /> CASE #3: ~UI~ST FOR PRELIMINA Y PLAT APPROVAL OF SORTEBERG'S THIRD <br /> triON; <br />I Mr. AI~ Sorteberg is requesting preliminary plat approval for Sorteberg's Third <br /> Additio~. Mr. Sorteberg appeared before you at your last regular meeting and <br /> presented a 40 acre plat which will consist of four 2.5 acre lots and two outlots. <br /> The pl~t is in compliance with the requirements of the City Ordinance and the <br /> Comprlhensive Plan and you did not recommend any changes to the sketch plan. <br />I The adjoining property owners, at the time of Mr. Sorteberg's platting the Second <br /> Addition, were opposed to paving of the streets. The City Council will have <br /> to ~tet~rmine whether or not they want to hold a public hearing to consider the <br />[ · <br /> ~mprovement. <br /> <br /> <br />
