THOMAS HOLKER: <br /> <br />Mro ThC~xnas Holker is requesting the above described variances for a 13+ acre <br />parcel d~f land he wishes to subdivide into two lots. The property is located on <br />Su~lfish ,Lake Blvd. NW just south of County Road ~5. <br /> <br />lV~.~, i Hol~ker did request a subdivision of this property at your June meeting of <br />1983. His request was for three lots but it was the consensus of the Commission <br />that.only two lots would be acceptable. <br /> <br />This pr°~erty, at one time, was approved for subdivision as a part of the Highpoint <br />plat bur'!was not included. <br /> <br />We ihaV~e discussed this subdivision with the Metropolitan Council and they have <br />informe~ us that with findings that would include the fact that the property <br />was' at one time a part of a larger subdivision, we could grant a variance to the <br />denSitY ~'equirements. The question of platting or subdividing by metes and bounds <br />must still be decided. <br /> <br />If it' is ~our recommendation to require platting, then you should treat Mr. Holker's <br />survey:as a sketch plan. <br /> <br />The foll,'Owing items are included for your consideration in this matter as (DZ-p,): <br /> <br />a) Applicant's letter dated April 11, 1984 <br />b) P~lanning Commission meeting minutes dated June 7, 1983 <br />c) l~roposed findings of fact <br /> <br />~ Action: The following proposed motions are hereby submitted for <br />yOu~consider~ <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to recommend <br />adOl~ting/amending/denying the proposed findings of fact for Mr. Thomas <br />iHolker*s request. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
