Charles LaDue <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Building Official (layton Berg <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Mr. Lee Johnson <br /> <br /> Chairman Pete~son called the public hearing to order at 7:32 p.m. <br /> <br /> CITIZEN t .~PUT <br /> <br /> Mr. JOe ~ntyxz was present and presented copies of a preliminary plat for <br /> Oakridg~ ~nd~strial Park. Mr. Sentyrz pointed out that there are 4 equal <br /> lots at ~.938 ,acres and the setback for the cul-de-sac is up to code. <br /> <br /> ~ay Ren~eF -iE.H. Rennet Well Drilling - 6300 Industry Avenue - Stated that <br /> his pro~e~ty iadjoins that of Mr. Sentyrz. Mr. Rennet noted that the lots <br /> propose~ are ismall in size and tractor-trailers would have a difficult time <br /> turning i~o~d in the cul-de-sac. The same situation might hold true for <br /> fire tr~ks; la neighboring building burnt to the ground because the fire <br /> depa~tmm.~ 0~Uld not get more than one truck to the property. Mr. Rennet <br /> inquire~'~f .~Ome arrangements couldn't be made with the adjacent property <br /> owner,-)~r,. ~M%rv Eggam, and the property be platted with a through street. <br /> <br />i Mr. Se~tFrz ..stated that the cul-de-sac is 122' in diameter and meets all <br /> City co~. iMr. Sentyrz also noted that he lives in a B2 area with a <br /> 66' ~ad~ C,~l-~e-sac an~ he has seen trucks turn around in that area with <br /> no p~ob*e~s, i Mr. Sentyrz also state~ that he has talked with Mr. Mary ~ggam <br />I and Nx. ! .~gga~ stated that his a-~sociates are not interested in spending <br /> any mor~ ~o~y for develolxnent.
