Mr. Raati~a Showed Mr. Sentyrz a way to meet the 200' frontage/40' cul-de-sac setback refulgent that would eliminate the irregular lot configuration~ and still retain i~he .938 acre size per lot. I The Comm~s~io~ then discussed a 10' utility easement around all lot lines.
