All of the lots meet the requirements of the City Code. <br /> <br /> 3) iThd sketch plan shows a service road along County Road No. 5. <br /> iAc~ess points for the service road should be approved by the <br /> ian~ka County Highway Department. <br /> <br /> 4) -Drainage easements are shown along lot lines.
