Case ~2: Consideration Of Park Fee Requirements: Co~iss)oner~Deemer stated that he researched City records and current requTre~nt~s $100/lot or 10% of assessed land value, whichever is greater. Co~isSjaner,~emer suggested that a co~ittee be for~d to research the ~tter ~n~d ~ back with reco~ndations. Comissio]ner~ ~emer and Isakson volunteered to attend the next regular Park Bo~d m~eting to obtain their input regarding park fee requirements. ~se ~);r:~ R~uest For Co~ission Input; Case Of Mr. Tom Holker:~ Mr. Holker w)s not present. Mr. Bera~sta~ed that Mr. Holker is requesting P&Z's feelings regarding the possibi~!~ty ~f platting a 13+ acre parcel into two five acre parcels and leaving~ ~he ~e~ining three plus acres with the existing dwelling. Co~iss~iener~ Dee~r noted that there is not adequate street frontage to al low fo~ 3 ~ots. It is ~co~nsensus of the Comission that two lots would be the ~ximum allowed~]~n ~hat 13+ acre parcel. CO~' S ~"~ r~NPUT Chairm~Pe~erson stated that he and Comissioners Zimerman and Schneider attend~the special Council meting on ~nday, June 6, 1983 which was to b~ )oiqt meting of Council and Ramsey Comissions. A discqS~io~ ensued among Comission mmbers regarding that ~eting. One part~oql.mr 'item discussed was Council's reaction to Mr. Peterson's letter to ~u~c)l ~egarding their decision in the Jim Gilbertson subdivision case. Mr. Cox Sta~ed that he was surprised at Council's decision in the Gilbertson case, ~th)t tt was contrary to the reco~ndation of P & Z and that the decisi6n~does not follow proPer platting process. ComisSiPne~ Schneider noted that she was very disappointed in the fact that t~e~'.~O)nt meting was to begin at 7:30 p.m. and actually didn't get star~ed~until 9:30 p.m. and by that time nobody was in the mod to discuss anYihing.
