Voting No: None. <br /> <br /> Case ~2: Consideration Of Park Fee Requirements: <br /> Co~iss)oner~Deemer stated that he researched City records and current <br /> requTre~nt~s $100/lot or 10% of assessed land value, whichever is greater. <br /> Co~isSjaner,~emer suggested that a co~ittee be for~d to research the <br /> ~tter ~n~d ~ back with reco~ndations. <br /> <br /> Comissio]ner~ ~emer and Isakson volunteered to attend the next regular <br /> Park Bo~d m~eting to obtain their input regarding park fee requirements. <br />~se ~);r:~ R~uest For Co~ission Input; Case Of Mr. Tom Holker:~ Mr. Holker w)s not present. <br /> Mr. Bera~sta~ed that Mr. Holker is requesting P&Z's feelings regarding the <br /> possibi~!~ty ~f platting a 13+ acre parcel into two five acre parcels and <br /> leaving~ ~he ~e~ining three plus acres with the existing dwelling. <br /> <br /> Co~iss~iener~ Dee~r noted that there is not adequate street frontage to <br /> al low fo~ 3 ~ots. <br /> <br /> It is ~co~nsensus of the Comission that two lots would be the ~ximum <br /> allowed~]~n ~hat 13+ acre parcel. <br /> CO~' S ~"~ r~NPUT <br /> Chairm~Pe~erson stated that he and Comissioners Zimerman and Schneider <br /> attend~the special Council meting on ~nday, June 6, 1983 which was <br /> to b~ )oiqt meting of Council and Ramsey Comissions. <br /> A discqS~io~ ensued among Comission mmbers regarding that ~eting. One <br /> part~oql.mr 'item discussed was Council's reaction to Mr. Peterson's letter <br /> to ~u~c)l ~egarding their decision in the Jim Gilbertson subdivision case. <br /> Mr. Cox Sta~ed that he was surprised at Council's decision in the Gilbertson <br /> case, ~th)t tt was contrary to the reco~ndation of P & Z and that the <br /> decisi6n~does not follow proPer platting process. <br /> <br /> ComisSiPne~ Schneider noted that she was very disappointed in the fact <br /> that t~e~'.~O)nt meting was to begin at 7:30 p.m. and actually didn't <br /> get star~ed~until 9:30 p.m. and by that time nobody was in the mod to <br /> discuss anYihing. <br /> <br /> Comi~)J~ne~ Deemer, referring back to Council's decision in the Gilbertson <br /> case, )~te~ that considering the amunt Discount ~10 Liquors sold for he <br /> finds tC~ha~d to believe that proper platting presented a financial hardship. <br /> ~ ~ ~ P & Z/June 7, 1983 <br /> ~ Page 4 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
