' Members 'i Present: Mayor Tom Gamec Councilmember Jean Schlueter Councilmember Gary Reimann Councilmember Sue Van Wagner Councilmember A1 Sorteberg City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle City Engineer Peter Raatikka City Building Official Clayton Berg City Attorney William Goodrich Reporter Carolyn Thompson CALL TO ORDER Mayor~G. am~called the regular Council meeting to order at 7:37 p.m. and requested ~hat Mr. Tony Baker lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Mayor~ oame~ presented to Mr. Tony Baker an award recognizing Mr. Baker for his v01unt~er repair work at the warming house and his accomplishment of the Ea~lei'~cout Badge. Mayor Game~ also noted that there are some representatives of the Ramsey JayCee~'s ~n~ the audience and stated that they were responsible for painting a coUPle ~f homes for senior citizens. · The ~egul~r Council meeting adjourned at 7:43 p.m. in order to conduct the following IBoard of Adjustment public hearings: 1. i~Bo~rd of Adjustment variance request on accessory building; case of ~Mr[ John Hoglund. 2.~ ~Bo~rd of Adjustment variance request on accessory building; case of 'Mr~ Scott Springer. MotiO~ni~by iCouncilmember Reimann and seconded by Mayor Gamec, for further diS~s~i°~, to not take Board of Adjustment action at this time but rather to fOl'lowlthe regular order of business as listed in the agenda. Further D~scussion: Mayor Gamec stated that the Board of Adjustment should be m~ved '~p on the agenda in order that the applicants do not have to wait untii~ ~he very end of tonight's meeting.
