DiScussion: Mr. Raatikka referred to Street Improvement Projects for <br /> Rolli~gl Green and Magnesium St. N.W. and inquired if the Charter would have <br /> an affect ~n~ these projects. Mr. Keysser replied that the Charter would not <br /> have an~ afSect on improvement bonds paid by assessments; levy supported bonds <br /> woUldib~ aldifferent story. Councilmember Reimann stated he would rather <br /> cancei ~he!equipment order than to place the City in the position of not being <br /> able ~ afford the equipment if spending is curtailed down the line. Mr. <br /> Keyss~r~ fei)lied that now is a good time to sell bonds, but he can't address <br /> the q~tii)n of whether or not the City should get the equipment.
