Mr. Goodrich replied that there was a franchise exis%ing ~ith the Township of Ramsey which expired some time ago and this resoIU~io~ would be renewing that contract. MotiO~i~ ca',tied. Rd. #83. Mr. ~dO~ski doesn't feel his customers should have to drive all the way around:' roi!the back of the store when the store front is facing Cty. Rd. #83. Mr. Berg .~tated that Planning and Zoning recommended no access onto Cty. Rd. #83 ~oI al%ow a stacking distance from Cty. Rd. #83 onto Hwy. #10.
