Case #~2: ~uel tanks at Public Works Garage: Council ~.not~d letter from American Insurance Management Agency dated April 17, Case #~3: .Legal: a) _s_ta e - Mr. ~ic~ stated that we did receive special legislation to increase our State .A~.dS.- In relation to that, Mr. l%osow has discussed our appeal to the judgement in the State Aid Lawsuit with the Attorney General and we think ~e ~ity's best interest would be served by dismissing the appeal at this %i~e. The State has agreed to allow us to sue in the future and the City sh6uld not spend any further money on that appeal. Motio~ by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmemher Reimann to direct ~r.~I Bosow of Lang, Pauly & Gregerson to dismiss Ramsey's appeal to the st~e ~d Lawsuit judgement based on stipulations before Council.
