The State has agreed to allow us to sue in the future and the <br />City sh6uld not spend any further money on that appeal. <br /> <br />Motio~ by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmemher Reimann to <br />direct ~r.~I Bosow of Lang, Pauly & Gregerson to dismiss Ramsey's appeal to <br />the st~e ~d Lawsuit judgement based on stipulations before Council. <br /> <br />Motion Carriied.
