N.W , Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members ~resent: <br /> <br />Also P~resent: <br /> <br />CALL __T:O ,~RDER <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Sue Van Wagner <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br /> <br />MayOr !'Ga~ec called the regular COuncil meeting to order at <br />7:41 p.mi and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />Jim Az~ms~rong - 8501 156th - Stated he is having a drainage <br />probl~ ~hich is polluting the swamp to the rear of his <br />prOp.e~ty~ affecting the neighboring properties of Poemraning <br />and 3~hn~on and has wiped out his drainfield. Have been told <br />by City Inspector that there is no drainage easement and even <br />if thereiwere, there's no place for the water to go. <br /> <br />CounCil ~onsenfus is that the City Engineer, City Building <br />Official land City Streets Superintendent review the problem <br />area ~nd~report back to Council at it's next meeting. <br /> <br />APPR0VAL i~ OF AGENDA <br />MotiOn b~ Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember <br />Van w~gn~r to approve the agenda with the addition of the <br />follOWing: <br /> CaSte #11: Landfill <br /> <br />MotiOB c~rried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorte~er~, Schlueter and Van Wagner.
