Enclosure (D2-b) contains <br />$ copy of the City Code as it relates to conditional uses and <br />~he applicants application. It will be necessary for you to <br />~dopt findings that address the following ~reas: <br /> <br /> ' a) 170.016D Standards for Consideration <br /> <br /> ~ b) 170.016E Criteria for Approval <br /> c) 170.016F Performance Standards <br /> <br />Based on those findings you must make a recommendation to <br />~pprove/deny/or table the request. You are advised that the <br />Ordinance requires your recommendation be made within thirty <br />I(30) days of the public hearing unless the applicant agrees <br />to an extension in writing. If you table action and the appli- <br />cant does not approve an extension in writing then it would be <br />necessary for you to schedule a special meeting. <br /> <br />~mmission Action: The Planning Commission action will be to <br />~dopt findings of fact using the above stated criteria and <br />~:ecommend approval/denial/tabling the conditional use permit <br />~equest to the Ramsey City Council. The following motions are <br />presented for your consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to adopt <br />findings of fact regarding Waste Management, Inc. <br />application for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no__ <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to recommend <br />approval/denial/tabling the conditional use permit <br />application of Waste Management, Inc. to expand and <br />operate a sanitary landfill in the City of Ramsey to <br />the Ramsey City Council. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br /> <br />Voting no__ <br /> <br /> <br />
