IA description of the hydrogeologic setting of the site and surrou~J- <br /> Fm ling area including groundwater depths, flows, quality and users. <br /> <br /> ~. ~IEstimates of potent~,al leachate formation and transportation includ- <br /> ', ling vol~,es, timing and composition. <br /> ~3. iAmalysis of potentially affected aquifers including the extent and <br /> <br />~AIR <br /> <br />imagnitude of the impact. <br /> <br />Evaluation of potential changes in groundwater levels. <br /> <br />Evaluation of potential human health impacts. <br /> <br />rACE WATER <br />[ <br />'Discussion of the potential effect of leachate on off-site surface <br />iwaters including the magnitude of pollution and the sensitivity of <br />~the affected water bodies. <br /> <br /> Evaluation of the impact of alterations to drainage patterns and pro- <br />.posed surface water management plans including the impact on the <br />~river bluff. <br /> <br /> EvaluatiOn of the potential impact on human health. <br /> <br /> Evaluation of the possible impact on biological communities in sur- <br />~face waters including Grass Lake, Minnesota River and Purgatory Creek. <br /> <br />QUALITY <br /> <br />Analysis of potential impacts from trucks and landfill equipment on <br />air quality including dust and engine emissions. <br /> <br />Discussion of landfill gas problems including methane migration and <br />methane control and odors and odor controls. <br /> <br /> <br />
