I gather this will not be fresh water, <br />if Fouiknow what I mean, well, besides the smell of that <br />and'wa~er infiltration to our wells (don't tell me no it <br />won~'t happen) how about the popular Minnesota problem of <br />mo,s~ui~os! Are they going to be controlled? The flies are <br />badilenbugh we don't need more mosquitos. <br /> <br /> ~a~so!have a few words regarding the depreciation of our <br />h°mes,! ~ agree with the appraiser when he said the homes <br />wi!l~ d~preciate 5-1~% (probably per year) but that's not <br />as, ~mP~rtant as what he said about "B~ WOULDN'T WANT TO <br />LI~E T~ERE HIMSELF". What value does that have? To me 100%. <br />If~ you don't like the area, you won't buy the house - <br />t~a~'s 100% loss right there.
