Motion by Councilmember Schlueter and seconded by Councilmember Reimannlto~adopt Resolution #84-148 regarding need for preliminary assessmentito identify major issues relative to traffic in north Hennep~n Cbunty and southwest Anoka County. (Please refer to resolutionl file for Resolution #84-148). Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, SortebeTg,i Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. ReRuest For Variance To Sprinkling System; Case Of Mr. Landowski,' Sle.ep Easy Mattress Company: Motion by ~ouncilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reima~n t( amend the development agreement between the City of Ramsey ,an( the Sleep Easy Matress Company to grant a variance to the requi%ement of a sprinkling system and that a sprinkling system will be i~ stalled within 30 days of municipal water becoming available ~ Motion i ca~ried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Sorteberg~ Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. _Case Request For Parade Approval For Ramsey's 10th Birthday Celebration: Counci!me~ber Schlueter noted that the final paragraph of the permit request should state that the request was made on July 25, 1984, not, August 25, 1984. MotionibyI Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteb~rg! to approve the Ramsey JayCee's request for a parade permit. Motion.. carried.
