Ms. <br />Heifort ~i~t~ted that her neighbor is abusing the recreational <br />burning O~di~ance and creating a safety hazard. <br /> <br />Council Consensus was to discuss Ms. HeifortSs issue during <br />Mayor/Cou~ncill Input. <br /> <br />Eunice iDom~n - Anoka Realty - Stated that her client, Mr. Gary <br />Stritesky.~ ils requesting Council approval to subdivide a ~0 acre <br />tract fpom ~n 80 acre parcel owned by Harold Barstow. <br /> <br />Council consensus was to place Mr. Gary Stritesky's request on <br /> council ~genda Case #15 under Council New <br />the <br /> as <br /> Business. <br /> <br />Greg Patte~ - 151st Avenue - Submitted to Council a petition <br />opposing ~x4 pacing in close proximity to residential <br />neighbo~hood's within the City. <br /> <br />Motion by ~ouncilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember <br />Schluete~! t~ receive petition opposing 4x4 racing in close <br />proximity1 t~ residential areas within the City. <br /> <br />Motion ~ea~ied. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers <br />Sort ebe~g, iReimann, Schlueter. Vot lng No: None.
