The proposed plat has been revised from the sketch plan to <br /> includ~ilth~ee lots instead of two lots. Lot 1 is approximately <br /> 0.01 aG~es iless than the required one acre minimum. The other <br /> two lots mget the area requirement of the City code. However, <br /> Lot 2 dOesinot meet the lot width requirement of 200 feet. <br /> <br />2.
