CommisSiqner Deemer noted that the City never received a written rePort f~om Mr. Bjorklund, the appraisor giving testimony at the jUne 125, 1984 public hearing and if one appraisal is going to be 'ind~luded in the findings, then both should be. Chairman iPeterson replied that the proposed findings note that public t~stimony was taken at the' public hearing and Mr. Bjork- lund~$ c~mments would be a part of that public testimony. Mr. Good~ich stated that the Planning Commission, at their meeting of J~!Y $, 1984, requested Council approval to noise level tests to be~cohducted at the landfill; Council approved that request on July i0,~1984.
