A method of determining, the location of <br /> )at,merit lines so that flood plain lands on both sides of a stream <br /> :aP~ble of conveying a proportionate share of flood flows. This is <br /> de~e~i~ed by considering the effect of encroachment on the hydraulic <br /> ef'~i!:ie~cy of the flood plain along both sides of a stream for a <br /> signi[fi~ant reach. <br /> <br />61. ~Y* i One (1) or ~ore persons occupying a premises and living as a <br /> ~[e ~ousekeeping unit as distinguished from a group occupying a <br /> bo~r4ling house, lodging house, club, fraternity or hotel. <br /> <br />6 <br /> 2. <br /> hFo~s~ tract of land of ten (10) or more acres in size usually with a <br /> Fa <br /> a,~ barn plus other buildings on ~hich crops and often livestock <br /> · ar~ ai~ed for a principal source of livelihood. <br /> <br />63.
