Acde~so~y Uses and Accessory Buildings The ~ol[owing provisions shall apply to accessory buildings: A. ; iAcdessory farm buildings shall not be erected within one hundred i(1~0) feet of a neighboring property. B i iA ~etached accessory building on a corner lot shall not project i ilbe~ond the aide yard setback requirement of the principal C. ~Noiaccessory structure shall be constructed on any lot prior to ~th~ time of construction of the principal building.
