Granting of a <br />isp~cial use permit shall be contingent on the following criteria: <br /> <br /> The home occupation shall be carried on by a member of the <br /> family residing in the dwelling unit with not more than one <br /> (1) employee who is not a part of the family. <br /> <br />The home occupation shall be carried on wholly within the <br />principal structure unless specifically authorized by the <br />special use per. it granted by this section. <br /> <br />Exterior displays or signs shall be excluded other than those <br />permitted by this Code, exterior storage of materials, and <br />exterior indication of the home occupation or variation from <br />the residential character of the principal structure shall <br />not be permitted. <br /> <br /> The person desiring to carry on the home occupation shall <br /> make application for and obtain a special use permit from the <br /> City.
