Granting of a isp~cial use permit shall be contingent on the following criteria: The home occupation shall be carried on by a member of the family residing in the dwelling unit with not more than one (1) employee who is not a part of the family. The home occupation shall be carried on wholly within the principal structure unless specifically authorized by the special use per. it granted by this section. Exterior displays or signs shall be excluded other than those permitted by this Code, exterior storage of materials, and exterior indication of the home occupation or variation from the residential character of the principal structure shall not be permitted. The person desiring to carry on the home occupation shall make application for and obtain a special use permit from the City.
