Th~ City Engineer may specify a minimum finished ground grade for <br /> ,an~ structure tn order to allow property connection to City <br /> utilities. <br /> <br /> Site Improvements. <br /> <br /> The boulevard and rear yard are to be property maintained. <br /> <br /> Fencing. <br /> <br />! i. Fencing or landscape growths and/or hedging in front of the <br /> i principle structure's actual front and side yard setbacks and <br /> as extended to the parcel's boundary lines where necessary, <br /> · shall not exceed forty-eight (48) inches in height. <br /> <br />ii: <br /> <br />Fencing material shall consist only of wood and/or woven <br />wire. No other material types shall be permitted. Barbed <br />wire fence shall be excluded completely unless used for <br />agriculture and/or agricultural property as defined in this <br />Chapter. <br /> <br />iii. Fences shall be located entirely on the owner's property and <br /> ! the fence location and placement shall be the owner's <br /> i responsibility. <br /> <br />Every private in ground swimming pool, commerical fishing <br />pond and other man-made water storage shall be enclosed by a <br />fence or wall not less than four (4) feet high to prevent <br />uncontrolled access by small children. <br /> <br /> <br />
