I <br /> <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />The (o11~wing provisions shall apply to accessory buildings: <br /> <br />A. ,iAcdessory far~ buildings shall not be erected vithin one hundred <br /> i(l~O) feet of a neighboring property. <br /> [ ~etached accessory building on a corner lot shall not project <br /> ibeyond the side yard setback requirement of the principal <br /> !building. <br /> <br /> ~ ~accessory structure shall be constructed on any lot prior to <br />C. <br /> thg time of constru~tion of the principal building. <br /> <br />D. No iaccessory building shall excess the height of the principal <br /> ibu~lding. However, in no case shall such accessory building <br /> ex~eed sixteen (16) feet in height nor shall they be higher than <br /> on~ story. <br /> <br />E. No!accessory building shall be located within any required setback <br /> ar~a other than the rear setback where such building may extend to <br /> within five (5) feet of the rear lot line. <br /> <br /> F. Nola¢cessory building shall be located nearer the front lot line <br /> th~n the principal building on that lot (this provision shall not <br /> !ap~ly to attached garages). <br /> <br />G. An iaccessory building shall be attached to and shall be made <br /> structurally a parc of the principal building if it is vithin five <br /> J(5~ feet cave-to-cave of the principal building. <br /> <br />H. Ali accessory buildings shall have a design and outside facing <br /> ~i finish which is compatible as determined by the building inspector <br /> 'with all other buildings located ~rlthin 350 feet of the accessory <br /> '! building. No single accessory building shall be larger than 624 <br /> square feet if it is to be located on a parcel of land two and <br /> oni-half (2-1/2) acres or less in size, and not larger than 1,200 <br /> i aq~re feet if it is to be located on a parcel of land larger than <br /> tw6 and one-half (2-1/2) acres. The combination of t~o (2) or <br /> ~mote accessory buildings on a parcel of land ~o and one-half <br /> (2+1/2) acres or less in size shall not exceed a total square <br /> i foOtage of 62~ and if located on a parcel of land larger than two <br /> l anfl one-half (2-1/2) acres shall not exceed a total square footage <br /> i of! 1,200. <br /> <br /> . AnY proposed accessory building shall be located on the parcel of <br /> ' la~d so as to allow for orderly future resubdivision of a parcel <br /> ~ oni~hich the building is ~o be located. Prior to issuance of a <br /> building permit for the building, the applicant shall provide the <br /> building inspector with a sketch plan showing the location of the <br /> i proposed building. The building inspector shall not issue the <br /> 'i per, mit if he determines the proposed location ~rlll not allow for <br /> orderly guture resubdivision of the parcel. <br /> <br />- 33 - <br /> <br /> <br />
