No unit therein is designated or is actually used to <br />prqv~deiliving space accommodations in less than the following ratio: <br />200 ~r ~ore square feet of floor area for each adult in the unit, and <br />122 ~{ ~ore square feet of floor area for each minor in the unit. <br /> <br />Sound <br /> <br />Part~ a~d corridor partitions and floor systems shall be of a type <br />ra~e~ bY a laboratory regularly engaged in sound testing as capable of <br />ac¢o~pl~shing an average sound transmission loss (using a 9 frequency <br />te~ti~ of not less than 50 decibels. Door systems between corridors and <br />dwel~in~ units shall be of solid core construction and include gaskets <br />an~ ~lo~ure plates. Room relationships, hallway designs, door and <br />window ~lacements and plumbing and ventilating installations shall be <br />suihI that they assist in the control of sound trammmission from unit to <br />unit~ <br /> <br /> i PARKING REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Gene~al~Provisions for Ail Parking Areas in the R-3 and R-4 Districts· <br /> <br />A. Drainage and Surface <br /> Th~ surfaces of parking stalls, aisles and access driveways shall <br /> ' be~blacktop, concrete or other hard surface and properly <br /> ~ ma~ntained for adequate drainage and free from dust, dirt and mud. <br /> . Priper maintenance includes keeping the blacktop, concrete or <br /> other hard surfaces in good condition and free from chuck-holes <br /> ana other types of surface cracks and breakage. <br /> <br />B. Curbing <br /> <br /> Th~ entire perimeter of the parking stalls, aisles and access <br /> driveways shall be curbed with six (6) inch high curbing of poured <br /> co~crete. <br /> <br />C. Pa~king Location <br /> <br /> A11 required parking stalls shall be located on the premises to <br /> which such requirements apply or on an off-street space distant <br /> no~ more than 500 feet from such premises. <br /> <br />D. Pa~king Stalls <br /> <br /> ~For the purpose of this chapter, one parking stall shall be not <br /> -~ le~s than 300 square feet in area, with a minimum width of 10 <br /> fe~t.
