An additional off-street 1/2 parking <br />stall id re.~uired for each bedroom in excess of one in any dwelling <br />unit. { ~ <br /> <br />Grade R~qui!rement s · <br /> <br />A finils~ed ~round grade shall .be established such that natural drainage <br />away ~r~ ~ll ~ui~dings is provided. Th!e b~ulevard and rear yard are to be properly maintained and the <br /> d~lr~ front yard shall be sodded and landscaped from the street <br /> iu~, fa~ing or curb to the front of the main building. <br /> <br /> B. ~ m~nimum area to be landscaped on any individual lot shall be <br /> ~! percent. <br /> <br /> Fencing or landscape growths and/or hedging in front of the <br /> principle structure's actual front and side yard setbacks and <br /> .~s extended to the parcel's boundary lines where necessary, <br /> bhall not exceed forty-eight (48) inches in height. <br /> <br /> ~encing material shall consist only of wood and/or woven <br /> ~tre. No other material types shall be permitted.
